Fall of 2015 begins my 20th year in the St.Vrain Valley School district. A native of New England, I have lived in Colorado for 25 years, 15 of which have been in Lyons. Alongside a B.A. in Art History, I have a minor in Education from Middlebury College in Vermont. I completed my M.A. at the University of Colorado and have earned state endorsements (K-12) as a Reading Teacher and in the area of Linguistically Diverse Education. I live in Lyons with cats Fox and Baloo, and my daughter Sophia, who is in 5th grade at Lyons Elemetary this year. We love to swim, rock climb, play corn hole, ride our bikes and eat lobster. This summer we spent a month in Estes Park at Cheley Colorado Camp; I as a staff member and Sophie as a camper in Lower Chipeta. We were also fortunate enough to travel back East to relax with family in Stowe, Vermont for a week.
