Superintendent's Update: Continuing to Advance Excellence Across Our Community

St. Vrain Valley Schools is accelerating into the new academic year with tremendous momentum as we continue to advance high-quality learning for all of our students. With so much to celebrate from the past year, the 2019-2020 school year promises to be an even greater moment in St. Vrain’s history.

1st Harvest at the LES Garden

5th grade Lyons Eco Club/Garden Club students picked the first harvest in the LES Garden today.  The garden got a late start with planting last spring but has come on strong.  This year seedlings were raised from seeds collected from last season's fruit- making the full circle for the first time.  All harvests are donated to the Lyons Food Bank.  Hundreds of pounds of produce are donated by LES each year.  The LES Garden is funded by the LCF grant program and the hard work of volunteers and students.

LES PTO.......Come join this GREAT group doing GREAT things....

The LES PTO is up to great things again this year.  Our wonderful PTO works tirelessly to fundraise for materials, field trips, Artist in Residence programs and so much more!  Additionally, they assist with providing volunteer support for classrooms and our workroom and provide guidance with issue's at school.  We appreciate our PTO Board Members and ALL who come and participate.  Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month in our Library at 6:00 pm.  Childcare is provided- please notify the Office prior to the meeting, if you would like childcare.
