- Discussed how to leverage a P-12 Feeder Accountability Committee
- Reviewed Unified Improvement Plans, School Performance Frameworks for both schools

- Discussion of the structure of our committee, determining what roles each of us will serve.
- Discussing end-of-year data trends (where possible)
- Previewing how staffing aligns with school-based goals
- Determining meeting structure for the 23-24 school year.
