I am so thankful and thrilled to be a part of Lyons Elementary School! This is my 6th year here at the school and my 27th year teaching in the St. Vrain Valley School District. I have had the honor of teaching grades K-6 , and am excited to be teaching first grade again! Having spent many years teaching first grade, it is exciting to see the new curriculums and changes that have come about. I am looking forward to a fun year! 

I came to Colorado from Wisconsin and graduated from CU Boulder with my degrees in Psychology and Elementary Education. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of participating in school and district committees and planning teams. I think the work LES is doing with the Science and Leadership is the most meaningful and impactful opportunity I have been able to be a part of!

I have two wonderful children, who are exploring the world and having grand adventures! In my free time, I like to ski, read and take my dog hiking and kayaking.
