The 2nd grade Garden Stewards have already harvested more than 30 lbs of produce for the Lyons Food Bank. Tomatos, peppers, and zucchini, have been picked and delivered to LEAF by Mrs. Kim,Mr. Andy and our busy little stewards.
2nd graders will spend a couple days a week harvesting, planting, working the soil and managing the garden as part of their Science and Leadership programming.
