Happy Thursday everyone!
We’ve had an awesome week, and students have been demonstrating tremendous growth in both reading and math during our mid-year iReady assessments. This is an exciting time for all and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and teachers.
Upcoming PTO Meeting
We have a PTO meeting scheduled for Monday. During this meeting, we’ll discuss our Artist in Residence program, the BOND planning process, a new Room Parent Initiative, after school Spanish programming, and more. Your support and participation would be invaluable. We warmly invite you to join us!
Holiday Food Drive
A friendly reminder that the final day for our Holiday Food Drive is tomorrow. All donations collected will benefit our local community through LEAF, our local food bank. Your generous contributions are greatly appreciated!
Recent Celebrations
Our Thanksgiving Reading Challenge was a huge success! Nearly 40 students read more than 150 minutes over the break. All qualifying students will be recognized on Monday, but our top three winners are Rosalie Kirk, Cassidy Kearns and Logan Platt. We have a great celebration planned for next week!
Lost and Found
We will be bringing the lost and found items out to the bus lane at the end of the day this week and next. Please take a moment to check for any of your child’s missing items. Any unlabelled and unclaimed items will be donated at the end of next week.
