LES Students raise over $51,000 at the Jogathon… Time for some PIE!

LES Students took a jog on the WILD SIDE, running laps, earning pledges and winning prizes at the Annual Jogathon.  Students earned over $51,000 which will be used for field trips, classroom materials, AIR assemblies, Science and Leadership programming and MORE!  Thank you to our Jogathon Committee members and the LES Community for planning and support of this amazing event.  Students earning $500 or more will have a pizza lunch followed by a trip to Pinball Alley on Friday, October 20th and students earning $150 or more will have a chance to throw a pie in the face of Principal Moore, Mr. Martinez, Mr. Conn, or Mr. Stahl.  The Pie in the Face assembly will begin at 1:00 pm with Preschool, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades throwing pies followed by the Prize Drawing with all students and then 4th and 5th grades throwing pies at about 1:45.  Families are invited to attend this event.
